Returns, Exchanges & Return Shipping

Customers may request returns or exchanges in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be placed in a sealed box and packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • The return address will be provided by email after your return request is approved/initiated.

Refund processing time

The customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product to request a return and a refund, in accordance with our exchange and return policy.

Once the returned item(s) are received, we will begin processing the refund within 1 to 2 business days.
(Please note: banks and/or payment providers may take additional time to complete the refund processing.)

Gifts / Free items included with purchase

If your purchase included a free gift, you must return the free gift along with the returned product(s).
If the free gift is not returned, we cannot issue a full refund and the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund amount.


Important notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs clearance (when applicable), or seasonal demand.
  • Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
